Payroll Specialist – HR Services

About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our HR Services team in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on end‑to‑end payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance for our client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Provide HR administration support, handling employee inquiries and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and prepare required reporting for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll‑related issues and improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen with experience in a consulting or fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to change.
