People Operations & HR Systems Specialist (SAP)

About the role

As a People Operations & HR Systems Specialist at Adnovum, you will ensure smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle and maintain the integrity of the SAP HRIS platform. You will support employees, managers, and HR stakeholders while contributing to global People initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR operational tasks from attraction to off‑boarding, including contracts, probation results, and terminations.
• Maintain employee data in SAP HRIS and ensure data integrity.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees at all levels and support junior colleagues with complex requests.
• Coordinate with authorities, insurance companies, and vendors on labor‑related matters.
• Provide backup for payroll, social insurance, health insurance, and personal income tax processes.
• Serve as super‑user and global system owner for assigned SAP HRIS modules.
• Prepare and maintain global people reports and support HR analytics.
• Participate in global People Team projects and lead sub‑projects across units.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a European company.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour law, tax regulations and social insurance legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Project management abilities, innovative mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Professional working knowledge of SAP HRIS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Jira/JSM and SuccessFactors.
• Experience with HR data analytics.
