People & Organisation Manager

About the role

The People & Organisation Manager will lead the core HR function, turning the company’s people strategy into practical programs and scalable processes. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines deep HR expertise with commercial insight to drive business growth and build a high‑performing People team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the HR Business Partner and People Operations teams, setting priorities and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, performance management, talent development, employee engagement and relations.
• Drive organisational development initiatives, including learning and development, career frameworks, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programmes, salary reviews and incentive structures, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.
• Provide expert guidance on complex people matters and act as a trusted advisor to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably managing HRBP and People Operations functions.
• Strong commercial and organisational awareness with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of building relationships with senior leaders.
• Track record of implementing scalable HR processes and driving cultural change.
