Pricing Executive

About the role

The Pricing Executive will lead cost optimisation initiatives across freight, inland transportation and related logistics services. This role ensures competitive pricing, efficient cost management and strong relationships with shipping lines and freight forwarders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage logistics costs related to freight, inland transportation and ancillary services to maximise efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and transportation companies to stay updated on ocean freight rates, sailing schedules and new service offerings.
• Solicit, evaluate and negotiate competitive pricing from transportation vendors.
• Analyse cost structures and develop pricing strategies that support business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, cost trends and savings opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pricing, freight forwarding or logistics management.
• Ability to work under high pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Strong written and verbal English for reporting and correspondence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
