Procurement Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to support daily procurement operations, ensuring the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of materials needed for our business. The role involves sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders and coordinating logistics to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders in line with company procedures.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, request quotations and compare price, quality and delivery terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor purchase order status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Purchasing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing; experience in chemical trading or industrial products is a plus.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
