Procurement Staff – Shuttle Bus from Center Hanoi

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Procurement Staff to join our expanding team at Hanwha Aero Engines in Hanoi. The role focuses on sourcing vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for our aerospace production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source vendors, analyse quotations and negotiate price and lead‑time.
• Review pending purchase requests and process contracts or purchase orders as required.
• Create, track and update purchase orders in the ERP system promptly.
• Monitor deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve any quality issues with purchased items.

Required profile

• Age between 24 and 35 years.
• Graduate from an economics university or vocational school.
• Proficient in English or Korean.
• Honest, detail‑oriented and willing to work hard.
• Knowledge of procurement fundamentals such as Incoterms, negotiation, inventory control and delivery performance.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (advantageous).
• Vendor management.
• Purchasing and sourcing processes.
• Understanding of Incoterms.
