Product Manager – HPV HCP

About the role

The HPV HCP Product Manager will drive brand and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement strategies for the HPV vaccine portfolio in Vietnam. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to translate strategic plans into compliant, impactful campaigns that support sustainable franchise growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HPV HCP brand strategy and annual marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
• Lead integrated omnichannel HCP engagement initiatives, managing digital, face‑to‑face and hybrid activities.
• Create and oversee HCP‑focused marketing materials and educational content in partnership with Medical Affairs.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders and coordinate scientific exchange activities.
• Collaborate with Medical, Sales, Access and other functions to ensure aligned execution and support field teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of product management, marketing or commercial experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Experience in HCP marketing, vaccine brands or omnichannel engagement is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance.
