Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead end‑to‑end product delivery across Timo’s core fintech domains. You will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition through launch and post‑launch optimisation, working closely with engineering, QA and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and road‑maps for core banking and payments services.
• Gather user insights, create PRDs and prioritise the backlog.
• Drive development using Kanban/Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, QA, design and other stakeholders to ship features.
• Monitor product performance after launch and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of product management experience in fintech, digital banking, payments or a related technology domain.
• Proven track record of shipping products from concept to production release in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Kanban, Agile and Scrum processes.
• Ability to communicate product decisions and walk through past examples.
