Production Coordinator

About the role

The Production Coordinator will support Jabil's high‑tech manufacturing operations in Ho Chi Minh City by overseeing inventory levels for new product qualifications, pre‑pilot and pilot assemblies linked to SMT and DF activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory of new product qualifications, pre‑pilot and pilot assemblies for SMT/DF processes.
• Collaborate with management to define production and quality‑control standards.
• Develop effective production and staff schedules, forecast material and labour needs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, engineering and sales teams to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory management or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
