Production Maintenance Intern

About the role

Join Bosch's Production Maintenance team in An Phuoc Commune for a six‑month, full‑time internship. You will work closely with engineers to support troubleshooting, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineers in troubleshooting and problem‑solving activities.
• Assist the engineering team in monitoring and improving department KPIs/KPRs.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) and system optimisation initiatives.
• Update, revise, and maintain work instructions and related documentation.
• Act as the department’s 5S coordinator to ensure workplace organisation standards.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student majoring in Industrial Management, Engineering or Business Administration.
• Commitment to a full‑time, six‑month internship.
• Good English‑Vietnamese communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Well‑organised, reliable, proactive, disciplined and patient.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
