Production Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Production Shift Supervisor will lead the daily shift operations at Motul Vietnam's manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for meeting production targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficient use of equipment and manpower.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily shift production targets in line with the master production schedule.
• Supervise blending and filling operations, monitoring equipment utilization and minimizing downtime.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet shift goals.
• Record and report daily production figures, downtime incidents, and shift performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, preferably in lubricant, chemical or FMCG manufacturing.
• Experience with blending, filling, or packaging operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
