Production Supervisor

About the role

Production Supervisor oversees the production team at the Dong Nai site, allocating labor and equipment resources to meet shift targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise routine operations of labor and contractor workers to fulfill the production plan and adapt to customer demand.
• Develop and revise standard operating practices, ensure compliance, and train workers accordingly.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost product quality and productivity.
• Manage manpower allocation, task assignment, and changeovers across lines or cells.
• Escalate and resolve bottlenecks, equipment issues, and deviations in real time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in industrial production, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and organizational skills with ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Cleanroom gowning and operations.
• Data analysis and continuous process improvement.
• Equipment maintenance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Inventory management, master batch records, and production planning/scheduling.
