Project Coordinator

About the role

Pacifico Energy, a privately held utility‑scale renewable power developer, is looking for a Project Coordinator to support its growing portfolio of solar photovoltaic and wind projects in Vietnam. The role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and maintain project documentation.
• Assist with regulatory submissions, government procedures, and permit acquisition.
• Support contract coordination and liaison with external partners.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Project Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project development, legal, investment, engineering, construction, renewable energy, infrastructure or real‑estate.
• Experience with project documentation, regulatory submissions, or cross‑functional team support is an advantage.
