Project Management Specialist – Medium Size Projects

About the role

The Project Management Specialist will lead medium‑size application and relocation projects for Bosch's push‑belt and new‑business initiatives in Long Thanh. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead medium‑size projects (push‑belt and new business) from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across manufacturing, logistics, quality, engineering, and purchasing.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and maintain project schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
• Manage engineering change requests (ECR) with full autonomy.
• Prepare and present progress reports to internal steering committees and document all project artefacts.
• Set up master schedules, conduct WBS workshops, and assign work packages.
• Communicate with customers as needed, involving the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
• PMP certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a project manager or in an equivalent managerial role.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong teamwork, resilience, integrity, and customer‑orientation.
