Project Manager / Agile Master (SAP experience)

About the role

Bosch Digital is looking for a Project Manager / Agile Master who brings solid SAP experience and an agile mindset. You will lead mid‑size to large digital projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery aligns with customer and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects from start to finish.
• Build and manage project teams, acting as Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Communicate status updates to sponsors, customers and key stakeholders.
• Maintain quality control, budget adherence and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and track key performance indicators, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments and coach teams toward successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing mid‑level to high‑level digital projects.
• Strong understanding of customer business requirements and ability to translate them into actionable project plans.
• Familiarity with IT architecture, ISO standards and Bosch Project Excellence procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
