Project Manager – Shipbuilding (Vietnamese required)

About the role

Damen Song Cam Shipyard in Hai Phong is looking for an experienced Project Manager who is fluent in Vietnamese to lead the delivery of complex vessels. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure projects meet safety, schedule, cost and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate activities across engineering, supply chain, production, quality, finance and commissioning.
• Ensure vessels are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with contractual, class, flag and quality requirements.
• Manage project planning, risk and opportunity registers, cost control, change and variation management, and financial performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical and commercial issues into clear actions.
• Proven leadership experience in shipbuilding or similar complex engineering projects.

Required skills

• Experience with digital performance management tools such as MES and Power BI.
• Cost control, budgeting and financial forecasting capabilities.
• Risk management and change order processing expertise.
