Project Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer to drive sales of HVAC solutions in Ho Chi Minh City. The role combines technical knowledge of heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning equipment with proactive customer engagement to grow the project pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, contracts and sales forecasts for HVAC projects.
• Visit customers, present suitable equipment, and negotiate terms.
• Report project status and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Develop new business by identifying and consulting prospective clients.
• Maintain existing customer relationships in line with company policy.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Thermal & Refrigeration, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience with HVAC contractors, consultants or developers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure and pay attention to detail.
