Project Sales Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Sales Manager will lead all sales activities for the assigned product range across Vietnam. You will build and coach a high‑performing sales team, drive revenue growth and ensure profitability in line with the company’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the designated product portfolio.
• Recruit, manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with B2B customers, especially in the hotel and construction sectors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and adjust plans to maximise turnover.
• Report performance metrics to senior management and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Required profile

• University degree; MBA preferred.
• Major in Economics, Construction, Technical, Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum 7 years of project sales experience in building or construction materials.
• Experience selling product solutions to hotel operators is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in sales management within related industries.
