QHSE Trainer / Lead Tutor

About the role

Bureau Veritas is seeking a motivated QHSE Trainer/Lead Tutor to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that support compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. The role reports to the Training Manager and is based at the Ho Chi Minh City office.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement public and in‑house QHSE training programs covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related standards.
• Deliver training sessions in offline, online or hybrid formats, creating outlines, presentations and instructional guides.
• Monitor and assess training effectiveness, handling client inquiries about certification processes.
• Provide strategic advice to management on training and development initiatives and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy and Group codes of ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management or a related field.
• IRCA‑certified QHSE Lead Auditor (mandatory) and 3–5 years of experience in QHSE training and auditing.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proficiency with training management systems and e‑learning platforms.
• Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English.
