Quality Manager – Footwear Industry

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the footwear quality assurance function, ensuring products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. Reporting to senior management, you will drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality policies, procedures and business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external partners on quality matters.
• Identify, investigate and resolve technical, operational and organizational quality issues.
• Lead audits, inspections and compliance activities for footwear production.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive corrective actions and preventive measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–6 years of experience in quality management within the footwear industry.
• Proven people‑management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure and manage stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
