Quality Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the implementation and maintenance of its quality and food‑safety management systems for metal packaging products. You will ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, deploy and maintain management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 22000/FSSC22000, GMP, 5S, BRC, SMETA and ECOVADIS.
• Monitor and guarantee full compliance with FDA, European and other relevant food‑contact material regulations.
• Oversee quality assurance and control activities across coating, offset printing and metal forming processes.
• Lead internal audits, manage corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of proven experience in a senior QA/QC or quality‑management role within metal packaging, metal decorating or can‑making.
• Hands‑on knowledge of coating, offset printing on metal and 2‑piece or 3‑piece can manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of non‑destructive testing (NDT) methods and related instrumentation.
