Quantity Surveyor – Fresh Graduate (Training Provided)

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor/Estimator will support the project team by preparing accurate material take‑offs from design drawings and specifications. This entry‑level position offers training and hands‑on experience in cost estimation and change management for construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed material take‑offs and quantity calculations from design documents.
• Analyze project information and develop layout summaries to support cost planning.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on quantity take‑offs, change orders and cost accuracy throughout design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and, when required, external parties to ensure alignment on quantity data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Construction Materials, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• English proficiency at least B1 level (CEFR).
• Open to fresh graduates; any experience (especially in wood‑house design) is an advantage.
