R&D Engineer

About the role

The R&D Engineer will lead the quality management system for new product development (NPD) at our Binh Duong facility. You will ensure that every new product meets strict quality standards while supporting efficient production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute the quality management system for NPD projects.
• Monitor and manage the NPD roadmap, tracking new designs and product improvements.
• Standardise processes by establishing criteria for shrinkage, structural integrity and manufacturing methods.
• Optimise technical conditions to improve product reliability and manufacturability.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year experience in QA/QC or NPD (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
• Age 23 years or older.
• Disciplined and detail‑oriented personality.
