R&D Manager - Education

About the role

The R&D Manager will lead the design, development and delivery of K‑12 academic programmes, Global English courses and specialised training across Ivy Global School and its partner institutions. This position combines curriculum innovation with teacher training and quality assurance to ensure high‑impact learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and implement K‑12 curricula, Global English programmes, skills‑training modules, summer courses and academic competitions.
• Design and deliver product training for teachers, academic operations teams and related departments.
• Monitor, supervise and evaluate programme implementation, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Collaborate with partner schools to align curricula and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree.
• Fluent English (IELTS 7.5+, TOEIC 950+, or TOEFL iBT 105+).
• 2–5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years teaching students aged 6‑17.
• Hands‑on curriculum development experience, preferably with international curricula such as Cambridge, American or IB, and exposure to Math and Science content.
