Retail Sales Supervisor (Mekong)

About the role

Knauf Vietnam is looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead sales activities across the Mekong region. The role focuses on driving sales performance for all product lines, analysing market trends, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales volume, value, market share and contribution targets for the company’s products and services.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, customer behaviour and sales performance.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports covering stock share, price monitoring, competitor activities and other market intelligence.
• Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• 5‑7 years of sales experience in building materials or consumer products.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated, enthusiastic and capable of inspiring others.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Quick conceptual thinker with effective idea communication.
• Proven team player who can collaborate across functions.
