Sales Agronomist

About the role

Yara International is seeking a Sales Agronomist to drive sales and provide agronomic support in the former Binh Thuan area of Lam Dong Province, Vietnam. The role combines commercial sales execution with technical crop‑nutrition advice to distributors, retailers and farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement regional action plans, achieve sales volume and revenue targets, and collaborate with marketing and agronomy teams.
• Provide agronomic advice, conduct field demonstrations, gather market intelligence and address grower or retailer concerns.
• Ensure Yara’s brand visibility through in‑store, OOH and digital channels, and support localized promotional campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with Yara’s ethics, DEI, and health‑environment‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related commercial field with coursework in plant science, soil science, plant health and nutrition.
• Minimum two years of experience in crop science or crop‑nutrition sales.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial results and strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work independently or in a team.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
