Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Mother & Baby retail team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be the front‑line ambassador for premium international baby‑care brands, helping parents discover the best products for their children.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, creating a warm and welcoming store environment.
• Understand product ranges and provide accurate recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team.
• Support inventory checks and participate in periodic stock‑taking.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic and customer‑oriented personality.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident English speaking and writing ability.
• Team player who is proactive, responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Retail sales experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
