Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive market expansion and client acquisition for Kaiser Vietnam's chemical product portfolio. Reporting to the sales manager, the role focuses on building new relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and supporting the overall commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers while nurturing assigned existing accounts.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and product trends.
• Visit customers regularly, manage relationships, and provide timely reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on any delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless order processing and delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; chemistry background is a plus.
• Preferable experience in chemical distribution or related sales.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset, good planning, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on the ground and manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
