Sales Leader (B2B)

About the role

ABAHA is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to drive B2B business development for its SaaS mobile e‑commerce platform. You will lead a sales team, manage client relationships, and help expand the company’s global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Consult, negotiate, and close sales with B2B customers, handling objections effectively.
• Identify and approach potential clients, develop and nurture B2B relationships.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly activities together with senior leadership.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and conversion rates.
• Execute orders using the company’s CRM system and ensure delivery of agreed‑upon services.
• Collect and manage customer feedback and special requests during implementation.
• Motivate, support and train the sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Law or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a comparable sales/customer‑service role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to maintain client relationships, organise work and manage time.
• High sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn and potential for growth.
