Sales Manager, HORECA

About the role

The Sales Manager – HORECA will lead Perfetto’s HORECA sales team in Vietnam, driving business development, managing key customer accounts and ensuring high‑quality service delivery across the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the HORECA sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Develop and execute sales plans and budgets aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand Perfetto’s footprint in the HORECA market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Represent Perfetto’s interests at industry events and with strategic partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product offerings with market needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HORECA channel in Vietnam.
• Strong, established network within the Vietnamese HORECA sector.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage all management levels.
• Flexibility and quick adaptability to changing market conditions.
• Deep knowledge of hospitality, HORECA channels and competitive landscape in Vietnam and neighboring regions.
• Proven track record of developing, maintaining and delivering on sales targets.
