About the role
The Senior Scrum Master / Scrum Coach will act as a delivery enabler and transformation partner, supporting multiple teams within complex product environments. This role focuses on driving Agile practices, improving workflow predictability, and helping teams thrive in a technology‑ and AI‑enabled setting.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize end‑to‑end workflow and enhance delivery predictability.
- Identify and remove systemic bottlenecks across teams and departments.
- Enable teams to operate effectively in a technology‑ and AI‑driven environment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum practices.
- Support multiple teams and large programs or products.
- Contribute to creating documentation and organizing internal training programs.
Required profile
- 4–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years working with multi‑team or large‑scale programs.
- Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM II, A‑CSM) or scaling‑Agile certifications such as SAFe SM, LeSS, or Nexus.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
