Senior Accounting Manager (9‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function for a portfolio of companies on a 9‑month contract basis. The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and requires strong expertise in real‑estate finance, tax, and cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations for multiple entities.
• Participate in the development and refinement of accounting policies, systems, and procedures.
• Design, review, and maintain short‑term cash‑flow forecasts across all entities.
• Optimize cash‑flow strategies, debt‑servicing setups, and profit‑repatriation mechanisms.
• Support M&A activities and deal structuring as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or equivalent.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience, including extensive real‑estate industry exposure.
• Proven experience in M&A and deal structuring.
• Strong project‑management skills and a detailed, hands‑on approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Deep understanding of relevant government regulations and tax policies.
