Senior Analyst, Country Enablement

About the role

As a Senior Analyst, Country Enablement you will support the CEO of ANZ Vietnam by providing administrative, operational and analytical assistance. You will help drive country model reviews, build and track MIS, and contribute to strategic planning and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive travel, accommodation, expenses and vendor payments, ensuring policy compliance and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate and deliver performance analytics, maintain data accuracy in reporting systems, and support credit growth forecasts.
• Administer the CEO’s office day‑to‑day activities, including correspondence, presentations, filing, and call screening.
• Oversee project coordination affecting Vietnam, monitor adherence to group policies, and work with Risk & Compliance on issue resolution.
• Assist in preparing the three‑year Strategic Plan, monitor business unit performance, and drive specific projects assigned by the CEO.
• Provide central coordination and “help desk” services for office administrative and operational needs.
• Collaborate with BU heads, regional stakeholders and international teams on queries, initiatives and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, audit requirements and non‑financial risk uplift activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in secretarial or personal assistant roles within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Experience in administration, MIS, project management and business planning.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and work autonomously or with remote teams.
• Resilience under ambiguity and stressful situations, with a client‑focused mindset.
• Background in a large global financial institution and understanding of credit processes.
