Senior Associate - Procurement & IFS Transformation

About the role

PwC Vietnam is looking for a Senior Associate to support both Procurement and Internal Firm Services (IFS) Transformation initiatives. The role combines hands‑on procurement assistance with coordination of firm‑wide change projects, offering exposure to cost‑saving activities and strategic improvement programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing procurement policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Support vendor management, document preparation and basic negotiations under senior guidance.
• Track vendor performance, maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with firm policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep the purchase cycle smooth.
• Contribute to transformation projects by coordinating workstreams, supporting project plans and tracking progress.
• Gather and analyse data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare communications, presentations and training materials for transformation initiatives.
• Help develop KPIs and reporting to measure project outcomes.

Required profile

• Current PwC employee in any line of service.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset and comfort working with data.
• Interest in developing expertise in procurement or business transformation.
• Proven reliability and track record of delivering on commitments.
