Senior AUTOSAR Embedded Software Engineer

About the role

The ETA team at Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for a Senior AUTOSAR Embedded Software Engineer to join its Ho Chi Minh City office. You will work on the AUTOSAR Basic Software platform, collaborating with ETAS and international customers to deliver high‑quality, scalable automotive software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate MCAL, BSW, RTE and SWCs in projects based on the AUTOSAR Classic Platform.
• Develop and maintain Flash Bootloaders for specific target devices.
• Work directly with German, Chinese, Korean and Japanese customers to understand and analyse requirements.
• Perform software development, integration, testing and documentation, including user guides and test results.
• Handle tickets for new features, issues and change requests on the software platform.
• Debug and maintain software on real and virtual ECUs via TCP/IP or automotive protocols.
• Provide effort estimations and inputs for project planning.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience with AUTOSAR Classic Platform development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international customers.
• Proven track record of delivering embedded software in automotive environments.
