Senior Customer Sales and Service Agent

About the role

The Senior Customer Sales and Service Agent will deliver top‑level service to Emirates customers, selling airline tickets and related products while assisting travelers with their plans. The role supports the Team Leader and works collaboratively to meet commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service, issue tickets, and promote Emirates fares and ancillary products.
• Advise customers on travel requirements such as passports, visas, health regulations, and check‑in details.
• Drive revenue by offering Skywards membership, amendments, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings, and upgraded fares.
• Support travel agents with special bookings, fare quotations, and ticketing formalities.
• Handle complex queries, including medical cases and special services, and act as first point of contact for team queries.
• Maintain retail office presentation, manage documentation, and assist with end‑of‑day sales and banking.

Required profile

• Minimum education equivalent to GCSE/A‑Level.
• Experience in a contact centre or reservations environment within airline or travel industry.
• Right to live and work in Vietnam.

Required skills

• Knowledge of airline ticketing, fares, Skywards and reservation systems.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, and email.
