Senior Data Performance Analyst

About the role

The Senior Data Performance Analyst will lead the planning, monitoring, forecasting, analysis and reporting of drilling and well‑completion costs. You will maintain the data models and digital tools that support cost control processes, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and forecast the costs of drilling and well‑completion activities.
• Analyse cost data and produce regular reports for senior management.
• Maintain and enhance data models and digital tools used for cost tracking.
• Control expenditure against AFE, WPB and FDP budgets.
• Track commitments, actuals, accruals and the Value of Work Done (VOWD).
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or a related Oil & Gas engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on project or drilling cost‑control experience.
• Proven experience with AFE, WPB and FDP planning and cost estimating.
