Senior HR & Administration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR & Administration Specialist to lead our recruitment and employee administration functions in Ho Chi Minh City. The role combines strategic talent acquisition with day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: define workforce needs, post jobs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, prepare offers and oversee onboarding.
• Develop and maintain recruitment channels to achieve hiring targets.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation confirmation, internal transfers, contract renewals and off‑boarding.
• Prepare and keep up‑to‑date employment contracts, personnel files and related documentation.
• Support HR procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum three years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
• In‑depth knowledge of HR procedures and employee administration.
• Result‑oriented mindset with high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
