Senior HR Business Partner – Strategic HR Leader

About the role
The Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR partnership to assigned departments, guiding stakeholders and ensuring effective delivery of people initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Act as HRBP for assigned departments, advising on HR matters and coordinating with Centers of Expertise to resolve complex issues.
- Coordinate workforce planning activities, analyze trends, support resource allocation and partner with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring needs.
- Support organizational design and change initiatives, aligning structures and roles with business priorities.
- Facilitate performance management processes, coach managers on goal setting, feedback and talent calibration.
- Facilitate talent management and succession planning discussions.
Required profile
- Provide strategic and operational HR partnership to business units.
- Guide stakeholders and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
