Senior Internal Audit Specialist (IT)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Internal Audit Specialist (IT) to lead and execute IT audit engagements for FE CREDIT. The role focuses on assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of information‑related controls and processes within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete audit fieldwork according to established schedules for IT audit engagements.
• Perform audits of allocated areas, including IT general controls and application controls.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of information security, change management, and access controls.
• Prepare audit reports and provide management with actionable recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure remediation actions are implemented and tracked.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT audit, or 2 years in audit combined with 2 years in IT‑related functions.
• Experience in a Big 4 environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with internal audit software and pursuit of CISA or equivalent certification is preferred.
