Senior IT Product Marketing Specialist – AI Workflow Platform

About the role

As a Senior IT Product Marketing Specialist you will own the storytelling, adoption and growth of Bosch's AI‑native workflow platform that serves half a million users worldwide. You will work with the Global Product & Service team to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages that drive stakeholder confidence and migration to the next‑generation solution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing, communication and enablement plans for the AI Global Workflow Platform.
• Drive user adoption, engagement and trust across internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and sales teams to create product narratives, case studies and launch materials.
• Monitor market feedback, usage metrics and competitive landscape to inform product positioning.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and training sessions to accelerate legacy‑to‑next‑gen migration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing for enterprise‑grade software or platforms.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical topics and influence behavior at scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Track record of driving adoption and building confidence in AI‑enabled solutions.
