Senior IT Solutions & System Support Engineer

About the role

The Senior IT Solutions & System Support Engineer will ensure smooth daily IT operations, support business applications, and contribute to SAP/ERP and HR system implementation projects. The role combines hands‑on technical support with system improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT help‑desk support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, email, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, internet, Wi‑Fi and basic network issues.
• Set up and maintain user workstations and peripheral devices.
• Assist SAP/ERP and HR system users, troubleshoot transaction errors, and support system upgrades.
• Collaborate with business units to understand process flows and improve system functionality.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar IT support or systems engineer role.
• Proven experience supporting SAP/ERP and HR system users is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Printer and scanner configuration.
• SAP and ERP user support.
• Understanding of HR system processes (employee master data, attendance, leave, overtime, payroll input).
• Helpdesk and system support best practices.
• Database administration and SQL basics.
