Senior Learning & Development Executive

About the role

The Senior Learning & Development Executive will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning solutions for assigned departments at Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City. You will partner with stakeholders to close capability gaps and foster a culture of ongoing growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis and align programs with organisational priorities.
• Design and develop engaging learning content using modern instructional design principles.
• Coordinate and deliver in‑person, virtual and blended learning initiatives.
• Administer the Learning Management System, manage course catalogs and track participant data.
• Promote continuous learning and support department training coordinators and HR business partners.
• Manage external training vendors, negotiate terms and ensure quality delivery.
• Maintain compliance with HR governance, company policies and relevant regulations.
• Participate in HR projects and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in Learning & Development or corporate training.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on data‑driven outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to cross‑functional projects.
