Senior Process Engineer - Polymer

About the role

Trelleborg Vietnam is seeking a Senior Process Engineer specialized in polymer manufacturing to join its Rubber Manufacturing team. Reporting to the Rubber Manufacturing Manager, you will work at the Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Ba Ria‑Vung Tau Province, with shuttle service from major nearby cities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, optimization, and scale‑up of polymer production processes.
• Implement and monitor manufacturing excellence initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
• Analyze process data, troubleshoot deviations, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical/polymer industrial manufacturing.
• Strong command of English for effective communication.
• Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative team mindset.
• Proactive, diligent, and capable of delegating tasks appropriately.
