About the role

Navigos Search, the leading executive search firm in Vietnam, is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead its Banking Financial Services and Commercial Real Estate practice. The role combines account management with end‑to‑end recruitment for senior‑level positions in the banking and finance sector.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in banking, financial services and commercial real estate.
Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates and managing offers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years experience in headhunting or an international recruitment services firm.
Advanced English proficiency.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage senior‑level stakeholders.
Goal‑oriented, proactive and resilient mindset.
