Senior Specialist Customer Care

About the role

The Senior Specialist Customer Care will lead the management of exchange and return cases for home appliance products, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering a seamless experience for customers. This role works closely with service teams and utilizes SAP-ERP to process transactions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process exchange and return requests submitted via the service website.
• Validate customer information, warranty status, service reports, and supporting documents.
• Ensure all cases meet company policies and approval criteria.
• Track case status from initiation to completion and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain exchange/return transactions in SAP-ERP.

Required profile

• College or university graduate.
• Intermediate English writing and negotiation skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Familiarity with SAP, service management systems, or ERP platforms.
• Dynamic, creative, and sincere attitude.
