Senior Talent Acquisition Executive – IT Recruitment

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives for Bosch’s software development centre in Ho Chi Minh City. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business and technical hiring needs and ensure a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles and seniority levels across the organisation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Source, screen and select candidates from diverse talent pools, building robust pipelines.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies using social media, professional networks and industry events.
• Use recruitment data and analytics to track KPIs, produce hiring reports and drive process improvements.
• Maintain professional, timely communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Guide and mentor junior talent‑acquisition team members, sharing best practices and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT or technology environments.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and deliver senior‑level hires.
