About the role

We are looking for a Senior Trade Analyst to join our commercial team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on analysing market rates, cargo mix and vessel utilisation to support business decisions in the shipping sector.

Key responsibilities

Provide feedback to business units and the local office on market rates and utilisation.
Communicate decisions from the Local Commercial Manager and business units to the local team.
Update the local team and business units on space availability and vessel fulfilment.
Analyse cargo and customer mix and develop diversification strategies.
Support sales and capacity control activities as required.

Required profile

3‑5 years of experience in shipping, preferably with intra‑Asia trade.
University degree.
Fluent English speaking and writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with shipping or commercial systems is an advantage.
