Senior Warehouse Supervisor – Đồng Nai or Củ Chi (Shuttle Bus Provided)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Dong Nai (or Củ Chi) facility. You will ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows, maintain high inventory accuracy, and support production line feeding while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, sorting, sanitation, and loading containers.
• Conduct daily cycle counts to achieve at least 99% accuracy for raw materials and 100% for finished goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, fire safety, and overall neatness in line with company policies.
• Coordinate material supply to production lines and manage inventory replenishment.
• Implement and monitor warehouse management system (WMS) processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with a focus on safety and employee motivation.
• Effective written communication in English.
• Ability to plan, organize, and solve operational problems proactively.
