About the role
Lead on‑site activities for a small to mid‑size electronics manufacturing site within ABB Robotics in Vietnam. Ensure cost‑effective execution, quality, schedule, safety and cybersecurity compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, allocate manpower and respond to issues.
- Lead engineers in equipment troubleshooting, problem solving and performance monitoring.
- Handle customer escalations, provide timely updates and maintain KPI reporting.
- Assess team capabilities, drive training and establish clear ownership and escalation processes.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience in equipment engineering, manufacturing or technical service.
- 2+ years experience managing teams.
- Strong customer communication and escalation management.
- Fluent Chinese; English is a strong advantage.
